updated farming trigger to display target area indicators to determine the soon to be affected crop spots

updated facing direction logic so that hovering mouse on direction will show crop indicator instead of just showing indicators where the user body is facing

Added web tools section to manage land powerups https://tools.arcanewaters.com/land-powerups

Updated unity code to get data from xml.
