Updates

Lots of polish and flavor added to the Headquarters level.
Vendors now disable and enable when the player is near/far for better performance.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug causing trigger UI text to appear on the screen when unintended.
The UserStats save file should no longer appear in the files available for load.
Fixed a bug allowing players to boot stomp without the minimum required energy.
