In today's hotfix, 21st December, we have deployed following changes:

• NPC Privateer fleet size operating in patrol zones have been lowered from +3 to +2
  
• Cartagena refit - from 9% to 7cm absolute
  
• Navy planking from 10cm to 5cm
  
• Navy structure from 7% to 5cm absolute
  
• Port bonuses (from lvl 1 to lvl 4)
  • Penetration: 2,00%, 3,00%, 4,00%, 6,00%
    
  • Speed: 1,00%, 1,00%, 1,50%, 2.5%
    
  • HP: 4,00%, 4,00%, 4,00%, 6,00%
    
  • Thickness: 0, 1cm, 2cm, 3cm
