Changes:
- Players with ranks Prince/Princess and above can declare war with each other without permission, while lower ranks will still be mutually requesting war.
- Added back ability to purchase max population.
- Added wood and stone diagonal, corner, triangle and trapezium roofs.
- Text of online town names now appear in yellow.

Fixes:
- Demolishing block parts not refunding correctly.
- Villagers not respawning with their items and equipment.
