Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

-Fix: Another elevator bug.
-Change: If you have a key for a container/door, lock/unlock buttons will show in the
interaction menu. (right-click menu)
-Change: Pause Game function can now have its hotkey customized.
