Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- fixed memory leak caused by the music looping
- blue button now properly resets text on prestige/reset
- separate toggles for music & sound effects
- reset button (type 'reset' to show) now accurately resets everything
- indicator number next to menu shows how many upgrades are available from each section
