Hotfix for the following issues:

• Gave Illustrations higher priority (cards, avatars, etc.) when running on older HW with less GPU memory available. Improves visuals for these illustrations.
  
• Removed the blank Controls tab from the Options menu
  
• Removed the Wishlist button from the main menu.
