On November 8, 2021, a new Alpha 0.9 update was released. The main change in the update is the addition of the first 12 Steam achievements. Each of the achievements are now available to earn. The achievements are of varying degrees of difficulty.
In addition to the achievements, the new update changes:
- the way damage is dealt. Now the player has a chance to miss. The chance to hit increases with the use of certain weapons. Information about the chance to hit is described in the perks panel.
- decreased the amount of items in chests, cupboards and shelves in NPCs' houses.
- decreased the critical hit chance of some weapons like wolf knife, colt and glock.
- changed the appearance of the blood sprite after killing a rhino
- fixed the side wall of the clay house with bricks at the bottom
- the vending machine in the subway tells the GUI console which item has been sold.
NOTE: Game saves from alpha 0.8 do not work in the new update, you must start the game from the beginning.
