Fixed a bug that prevented some Midi files from being loaded.
When playing sounds from other channels as background music, the volume of the Midi file is now referenced.
When auto-playing, the currently playing channel will now also play sound.
There are still some Midi files that cannot be loaded, but we are planning to fix them.
