Hello to all our playtesting ninjas! We’re pleased to announce that we’ll be leaving the playtesting phase of Fruit Ninja VR 2 very soon as we gear up for Early Access later this year. We’re not quite done with our playtesting yet though, we’ve got one final update to give you and it includes some cool new toys to unlock. We’d also like to take this opportunity to give some more information on what this actually means for you, our awesome playtesters.

When is the playtest ending?

The playtest will be ending on October 1st, the same day that Steam Next Fest begins!

Will I lose access to the game once the playtest is finished?

When the playtest has ended, everyone will lose access to the playtest version of the game. We've synced up the date with the start of the Steam Next Fest, where we'll be introducing the Fruit Ninja VR 2 Demo! Come join us and show off your refined fruit-slicing skills!

Will I get anything for being a playtester?

Definitely! We’ve got plans to reward our testers with exclusive content once we release on Early Access. We want to recognize the help we’ve received from all of our playtesters, so look forward to some awesome in-game rewards. Everyone that has been a part of our FNVR2 Discord family will also be given a special Early Adopter role that they can show off 😉

The FNVR2 team wants to give our thanks to all the players who’ve helped us with development over the last few months. All the feedback, bug reports and suggestions have been a vital part of how the game has evolved since the playtest was first opened. We’ve got big plans for Fruit Ninja VR 2, the game is going to continue to grow after we enter Early Access and we hope that you’ll continue with us on this journey.
