Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

By popular demand we added 2 small features ːsteamthumbsupː

-Remove Censor Option
Now you can remove the censor blur from the nude skin from options menu.

-Max FPS option
Due some comments we recieved regarding performance we added a max fps option to adjust GPU performance.
