Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

A bunch of bug fixes!

- Fixed camera issue if pausing during respawn
- Winged Squares now respawn after player hits switch at top of tower
- Discord link is now working
- Toggling Fullscreen now works properly if clicked on by mouse.
- Fixed some other minor misc bugs
