
This update features a revamped Academy map, community suggested accessibility feature, balance changes and a number of reported bug fixes.
Academy Revamped

The symmetry of the map has been re-balance to provide a more fair gameplay for both sides. The most noticeable change is on the south side of the map which has more defensible areas as well as re-positioning the south base slightly up north. New credit points are also added for both sides near to the dead zones of the map and all major resource points are remeasured to ensure they are closer by at least a 5% margin.





Gameplay Improvements
This update includes 3 major Gameplay improvements.Self Destructible Battlesuit Pods

Battlesuit Pods can new be self destructed by calling in a new pod. This helps players regain their battlesuit if they lost or miss placed them with the cost of re-buying a battlesuit.
Hand Grenades

Throwing a hand grenade while running will now increase its travel distance. We have also tuned the hand grenade to be more accurate by reducing its throwing arc and cook timer while increasing its projectile speed to land in the estimated area quicker.
Templar Revival Changes

Templar will now auto repair itself when in DBNO and will revive based on their amount of health instead of time. Templars will start repairing itself upon not taking any damage for 2 seconds.
UI/UX Improvements

2 main quality of life UI/UX improvements has been added to the game.
Controller Accessibility

As requested by the community, we have added new accessibility feature for the controller players out there that gives you the option to adjust your Vertical, Horizontal and ADS sensitivity. Although Eximius does not fully support controllers yet, dedicated players from our community has created guides to help out players that prefer to play with controllers.

Main Menu Adjustments

Some changes was also made in the main menu. The main menu has been reshuffled to help players navigate it much more easier. The online match button is now much more bigger and moved to the front. Pressing the online match button will now directly bring players to the server browser where they can select a lobby to play in.

- Exploit Vanguard "Scarab Swarm" will no longer apply blind buff
- Exploit Vanguard "Scarab Swarm" now gives 30% extra damage instead of 100%
- Assault Vanguard "Airburst" locking time is decreased to 0.2 seconds from 0.75 seconds
- Berserker's shockwave now also deal regular AOE damage and knockdown when punching a direct target
- Berserker's "Shockpunch" damage to structures is decreased by 66%
- GSF Infantry General "Infantry Weapon Package" upgrade is now default
- GSF Infantry General "Marine Armor Pads" bullet reduction damage is increased to 33% from 15%
- Armory and Mule lock down range has been increased to 15 meters from 10 meters
Challenge Changes
- "Mission Objective Training" will now start with 500 Weapon Credits
- "Mission Objective Training" enemy spawn interval has been increased after capturing the victory point
- "AEGIS Battlesuit Challenge" will now start with max Weapon Credits
- "AEGIS Battlesuit Challenge" Ironguards spawn delay is decreased to 1 second from 5 seconds
- Elite Marine spawns has been removed from AEGIS Battlesuit Challenge
- Unit call out sounds are now disabled in the Tutorial
UI/UX
- Implemented Mouse ADS Sensitivity Multiplier
- Implemented Controller Horizontal Sensitivity, Vertical Sensitivity and ADS Sensitivity multiplier

Bug Fixes
- Fixed Echelon Weapon Crew APS deploy range is set incorrectly
- Fixed Echelon Weapon Crew when deploying ACM is showing APS icon instead
- Fixed an issue where the match timer includes the duration of the setup lobby
- Both spectator and player timer will now be based on the duration of the match
- Fixed Ocular defence misfiring when approached from an angle. Ocular Defence is now 100% accurate.
- Fixed an issue where GSF AI Commander will not lockdown points
- Fixed GSF AI Commander placing an Armory at Victory Points
- Fixed Mule Lockdown refunds credits when deployed
- Fixed an issue where the effects of flashbangs causes infantry units to slide.
