Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Fixed new game plus menu not working correctly with controllers.
Fixed major bug involving bullets colliding with bosses while in pause menu.
