Hello survivors!

Included in this update are 2 new map locations the oil rig the depot, as well as a visual upgrade to the SAT dishes road, with multiple new residential map locations.
I have also added cool down timers when applying any med kit or bandage, some are faster than others.
Based on the community request I have reduced the HP of the flyer making it easier to fight and kill, added 2 new brick blocks, and increased the damage on the SMG, Carabine and UMP
There is also a new 4x4 off-road vehicle with 2 passenger seats.
