Finally, there are now US West, US East, and EU server locations! This required a pretty significant rewrite of a bunch of server logic stuff, but I think it's working pretty well now. The game also now adapts correctly to your refresh rate, so people playing at any refresh rate should now have normalized movement.

-players coming out of the tutorial shouldn't count as being part of the game until they jump down
-support for any refresh rate screen
-added useast and eu regions (so now there's uswest, useast, and eu)
-rewrote a lot of the networking logic to support the new regions
-added indicator on the computer that shows # of people banned in the past day
-added ability to mute everyone
-normalized some of the movement for hz, so it should work more similarly for everyone regardless of refresh rate
-new banana hat for early access supporter dlc owners
