I've gone to great lengths to completely update the UI of the game, and further the balancing of units as well. Below is a summary of all the changes made since the previous version.

  • Reworked entire game's UI and visual appeal.
  • Updating loading bar graphic.
  • Updated wave and enemy notification graphics.
  • Updated enemy threat indicator graphics.
  • Updated mouse cursor graphic.
  • Normalized more menu component sounds.
  • Updated sfx for enemy reinforcement notice.
  • Updated sfx for menu hover items.
  • Tweaked gold rate.
  • Fixed volume of 'Toughen Up' and 'Divine Blessing' Favors.
  • Fixed Stage 4 boss ability 'Winds of Change' to deal 6-10 damage per petal instead of 11-15.
  • Fixed Stage 4 boss overlapping with units.
  • Increased enemy wave reinforcement health, damage and armor by 25%.
  • Updated Victory and Defeat UI screens with better transition and visual appeal.
  • Ranged enemies will likely switch targets now to the closest unit hitting them.
  • Increased the amount of gems gained after revisiting a previously beaten stage with diminishing returns.
  • Cost of Guardian abilities double with each rank increase.
  • Fixed Castien's 'Frenzy' ability.
  • Reduced Durheim cost to 4500 gold.
  • Conjurer ability 'Wailing Winds' has been increased from 3 winds to 4.
Unit Menu:
  • Fixed Influence meter gauge.
  • Updated unit upgrade token costs.
  • When upgrading units, the amount they are boosted is shown in teal under 'BOOST' column on the right.
  • When upgrading units, upgrade prompt.
  • Added upgrade transition bar animation.
Shop items:
  • Removed cyclone ability to pushback and added damage instead.
  • Added level restrictions to shop items.
Start Screen:
  • Fixed visual effects from overlaying on top of changelog / settings.
  • Fixed loading bar from not filling to full.
  • Fixed wording of some talents related to support units.
  • Reduced 'Let's Get Started' begin battle random rank I units automatically from 2/4 to 1/2.
  • Reduced 'Meaty Bowmen' archer health gain from 20%/32% to 10%/17%.
  • Reduced 'Precision' archer damage gain from 20%/40% to 10%/17%.
  • Reduced 'Blessings Abound' support heals from 20%/35% to 15%/25%.
  • Reduced 'Tanky Goodness' warrior health gain from 15%/25% to 10%/20%.
  • Increased 'Enchanted Armor' armor gain from 1/3 to 2/4.
  • Changed 'Weaken The Giants' from armor reduced by 4/7 to 10%/20%.
  • Changed 'Overwhelming Fright' from armor reduced by 2/4 to 10%/20%.
  • Increased 'Protective Will' armor gain from 1/3 to 2/4.
  • Increased 'Panic Attack' attack speed from 7%/15% to 15%/30%.
  • Increased 'Clarity Of Invocation' cast chance from 5%/10% to 10%/20%.
  • Increased 'Wound Transfer' heal gain from 5%/15% to 25%/40%.
Guardian Menu:
  • Reduced some sound effect volume.
Home Screen:
  • Reduced drum roll sound heard during stage load.
  • Reduced sound effect heard when selecting a reward Talent.
Bug fixes:
  • Fixed Stage tutorials.
  • Fixed Guardian cooldown image color.
  • Changed Gold upgrade icon color.
  • Changelog in-game will only display most recent changes.
  • Fixed issue with unit upgrades being displayed after wiping game (new game).
  • Increased Nomia's 'Ceremony of Light' ability cooldown from 16 to 20 seconds.
  • Fixed issue with shop items showing level requirement when player level is higher or equal to item level.
  • Fixed issue with unit upgrades pop-up menu blocking units.
  • Moved unit upgrades pop-up menu to bottom right of screen.
  • Increased reinforcements wave count for all stages.
