Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

The online multiplayer feature has been restarted.

Please update to the latest version and select online in the settings.
You can now play in online mode.

The maximum number of players has been changed to 4 due to server load measures.
#The number of players may be increased in the future depending on server load.
