And not only that, they were also guaranteed to inflict low chance effects. We're talking shit that was only supposed to work 5-20% of the time, not god damn 90% of the time! Only the strongest of teh monstas had a chance to withstand these infinite stuns/paralysis! Many limbs were removed and lashes received in attonement of these programming sins. Praise be to teh blood!

The formula has been both fixed and adjusted! Luck now applies a percentage increase to the percentage increase, as well as a static increase to the former percentage increase, and god damn that sentence is hard to fucking understand. Even though it makes complete sense!

Health ratio is now also a component in the whole complicated as all fuck stat effect chance formula thing! so if something has 60% of its health, then its stat weight for inflicting a negative status chance is reduced by 40%! Why are these sentences so complicated?!

Halved total formula for status infliction/protection.
Doubled the weight of attack stat for status infliction.
Tripled the weight of magic stat for status infliction.
