Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Changelog :

* Added real-time challanges

* Random event algorithm has been improved.

* Comment System has been added. Now you will be able to read the comments you have received after the games you have made if you have internet access.

* The economic balance has been improved.

* Fixed a money bug that occurs when you try to buy modem level 2.
