This update fixes a few bugs that were mentioned in the bug thread:

• The guide circle and line no longer disappear when reviving
  
• Wave modes no longer display "Play" between waves
  

A few additional non-bug related changes were made:

• Reduced the crystal sizes to improve visibility
  
• Increased the attack circle a little bit to make it easier to hit enemies
