Transitions Can Now Be Turned On/Off in Settings

Implementing another one of astron82's helpful suggestions here - transitions can now be turned on or off by players if they wish in Settings.

A patch for making it clear how much time is needed to unlock locations and a progress bar / indicator, as requested by players, is coming soon . . .
