Added a Notes section to the Quests Panel to allow you to re-read any notes you find as part of random events
Fixed a bug in Create/Edit Angler where the player portrait would sometimes not be updated when player info was changed
Fixed a bug in Create/Edit Angler where you could click on the player portrait before it was generated
Fixed some UI and usability issues in Create/Edit Angler
Improved descriptions of some graphical settings in the Settings screen
Fixed a typo in the Fishing Basics section of the Help panel
Improved the wording and clarity of some entries in the Help panel
