Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Settings
- Added GUI scale slider.
- Added option to require spin input for dribble.
- Added gameplay setting subheaders for better readability.
- Set Vsync default to off due to streaming issues it can cause.

Sounds
- Added a lot of new sounds.
- Improved a lot of sounds & their implementation.

Other
- Improved a bunch of menu navigation in menus/pause etc.
- Improved a bunch of NPC & critter feedback on hits.
- Improved camera control during transitions.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed Glide-Ceiling bug.
- Fixed a bunch of menu bugs.
- Fixed a bunch of time out bugs.
- You can see the battery again when picking it up. (lol)

& Tons of other fixes & polish I can't remember.
