Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

v1.1.2 update content
1. Optimize the character jagged effect
2. Color drawing supports shortcut key function (ctrl + z to undo, ctry + y to redo)
3. Fix the problem that most faces of the vrm model cannot be painted
4. Fix other known issues
