Hi Gladiators,
This new update tries to improve the stamina system especially for PvP.
The old stamina system was slowing your hits and you were recovering it only at the end of the animation. Also certain weapons and certain attacks were easily exploitable as there was not stamina punishment.
The new stamina system is similar to the old one, but you recover stamina all the time, even during attacks, effecting your animations. Also certain weapons (2 handed) have a different stamina cost for the light attack and the overhead one. This should make the overhead attack a more tactical choice.
The patch contains :

Nerf goblin health. They are generally too strong and too many, now they should be more of one-shottable.

Nerf the fire rate of elephant archers.

Make arrows not pickable from the player.

Stamina mini-rework and rebalance.

Rebalance some of the stamina costs of equipments.

Increase stamina consumption of overhead attacks for the longswords, 2 handed mace and axe.

Add Stamina HUD when low on stamina.
