Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Adjusted graphics for various levels, changed unused menu buttons, minor adjustments to audio and various race fluff.

Changed depots in beta branch
