We have just released a minor patch for Secret Government that includes updates and fixes along with a some localization updates. You can read the full changelog below.

Removed questionnaire part from the Tutorial
Tutorial can be explicitly skipped (corrected buttons names)
Wrong percent of ideology spreading was displayed
Religion spreading could stop at 99%

Localization

Political forces Objective displayed incorrect conditions in German and in Chinese localization
Corrected German translation in Exploitation errand in the beginning of the Tutorial

Changed depots in next_release branch
