Minor visual tweaks

Trying to track down a bug that some users are having which causes the lighting to go crazy after a few moments of playing. I changed some settings on the Southwood section of the game to see if it continues. Other areas are currently unaffected.
Some depots below may not display changed files because our bot does not own the specific depot or game.
Game can be donated with a key, by sending a gift, or using curator system.
