But our best guess is that in the last update, we included the newest SDL (Simple DirectMedia Layer) controller mapping, to keep things up to date and also add support for PlayStation DUALSHOCK 5 controllers. Our best guess is that the problem is coming from that.
So this update basically just takes that out and goes back to the old version. Which means 2 things:
- If you were having problems with your controller after the last update, please get this one and let us know if the problem goes away.
- If, after the last update, you were all "Yay! Beach Buggy Racing 2: Island Adventure recognizes the buttons on my superawesome DUALSHOCK 5 controller!!" .....um, sorry, kid, it's back to generic controller mapping for you.
Anyway let us know if this does (or doesn't! ːsteamsadː) fix your controller problems. If you had them.
