Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Added Hotkeys to use cards in hand.

Shift + 1 (first card)
Shift + 2 (second card)
Shift + 3 (third card)

(Still on beta branch and only on windows)
