Added 'Use Fixed Camera' option in settings. When this option is turned on, the camera will be locked around the player's character, just like traditional RPG Maker games.
Fixed an issue that occurred in Endless Mode, where the normal fire shutter key could be used on the 3rd floor center staircase if it's in the Poltergeist state.
