QoL Update: Sell All + Filter, Start Next Wave Immediately, Chat History

Sell All + Filter: While at a shop, a new SELL button will appear at the bottom of your inventory alongside a set of Enhancement level filters from +0 to +3. Pressing this button will sell all items in your inventory at or below the selected Enhancement level (excluding Legendaries).

Infinite Arena: Can now start next wave immediately after completing the current wave.

Persistent Chat History: Your in-game chat history will now persist between levels until you close the game.
