Update patch addressing first weeks feedback. Thanks to everyone who played the game.

Reduced wind / sea sounds slightly and added ducking to reduce them further when voice is playing.
Added a continue system so can carry on from where you left off in the game.
Added selectable menu in front end so you can actaully select continue (and added exit).
Found and fixed bug where pod was crazy on german machines (probably other lnguage settings too). Thanks Stefan8000 for help tracking down.
Minor flow bugfixes.
