Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Changes**

- Doors now simulate whether they are blocked at the beginning of calls
- If you interacted with a blocked door you will be prompted that is blocked
- Prompts to use fog nozzle on Propane tank
- Prompts to use Extinguisher on Breaker Box
- Reduced Sounds of planes

Bug Fixes

- Grey Collision square on doors is no longer visible
- Possibly fixed saw audio getting stuck on windows
