Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Small Bugfixes:
- Slime damage now delivered from the right player
- Chicken changes owner when a player is dashed
- Teammates are not frozen anymore
- Removed a rare bug when players were applied damage by a stuck arrow on collecting it
