Locals in this secluded river valley depend upon opium farming to survive, but so do the insurgents...

• Develop unique new strategies to counter the opium trade
  
• Locate and destroy poppy fields to weaken the insurgents
  
• Work with the local population to help them find alternative sources of income
  
• Make decisions featuring powerful kingpins, opium traffickers and protesting farmers
