Another small out-of-cycle update to fix issues with GeForce Experience:

• Improved compatibility with apps that monitor keyboard input messages via hidden windows (affects the "NVIDIA Share" process of GeForce Experience and possibly other products).
• Fixed overlay transparency calculation to ensure correctness regardless of the app's floating-point rounding mode.

Note that if the tool was active after the last reboot it may be necessary to log-off (or alternatively restart) so Steam can update all files and test the fix, since there's no easy way to disable/close GeForce Experience features and processes.
