Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Fixes:
- Damage indicators now render in bare minimum mode
- Fixed team score overflow in the Salvage UI
- Fixed issue with renaming loadouts in the tutorial

Changes:
- Damage indicators now disappear when the enemy they are pointing towards dies
