Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

This patch addresses some issues from the latest update.

Bug Fixes:

improved optimizations methods
improved fog
improved lighting
added new lights, updated solo map more items
