Spell Beats update for 10 April 2021

Darkness, Shogun, Terra, and Muriel.

Dark Mode

Updated the map to have a nighttime setting and to be responsive to auto exposure. These changes increases the contrast between dark and light patterns. The spell particle effects are now more prominent and stand out better against the background.

Muriel

Added Muriel from Paragon as the second last boss. Muriel is very difficult to battle against. She is fast and powerful. Watch out for her hammer throws. Despite her speed and power, Muriel is still just a stepping stone to the threat of the final boss. I can't wait to see someone get that far.

Shogun

Added the Shogun skin from a Paragon character as the level 9 boss. Watch out for her fast melee slices. Shogun is a great starter boss to introduce players to learn the spell timings and to begin mastering spellcasting.

Terra

Added Terra from Paragon as the level 10 boss. She will protect herself, but be careful trying to get behind her. She can be very quick and may surprise you at times. This should be a great character to master the parry spell against.
