Nuumonsters update for 7 April 2021

EVENT - New event monster Ghast will be found in your party upon logging in!
ADDED - New Town "Dandy Dunes" and Route 06
ADDED - New Town "Snoberri" and Route 07 with new NPC's and buildings!
ADDED - Boating and fishing, woohoo! New items "Fishing Rod" and 8 different sea critters
ADDED - "Secret items" that will glare for just a moment before going back into hiding! Currently, all "secret items" are a new item, Lulu Fruit!
ADDED - New monsters Scythe, Zip, Slooth, Sannin, Marley, Boshii, Luuu, Lanter, Bobble.
ADDED - Multiple New rooms have been added, included homes in Booby Blossom, Route 05, Snoberri, and Dandy Dunes.
ADDED - New Elite trainer found in the Snoberri
ADDED - OST BGM for battling and for the Nuucenter
ADDED - 5 New moves available in the new monsters
ADDED - New move sprites for moves: Leech, Fruit Smash, Fruit Jitsu, Cannon, Braveheart, Lovetap, Powernap, Nap Time, Ice Spike, and a couple more~
ADDED - Two new Nuucenter's and a new volume of "Nyanko's Battle Guide" for each one
ALTER - Update fence sprites that look much better!
ALTER - Buffed Elite Trainers levels, changed, and added new monsters to their parties
ALTER - Changed "Hold Shift" while in party screen to displaying current mana instead of current experience
ALTER - Updated sprite for Event Monster "Cap"
FIXED - Mana will now be shown instead of health when using a mana restoring item
