SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- Fixed Selected Teacher info's being cleared when firing current teacher
- Added tooltip in Free delinquency group
- Fixed wrong satisfaction reports when expelling a student
- Fixed 1 last sick student doesn't trigger game over
- Stop expelled students from doing plans
- Fixed bug where schedule is not followed on load of game
- Updated food satisfaction AI actions
- Localization updates
- Added Russian language
