Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Changes:
- Removed the Coconut item.
- Fixed an issue preventing Milk from being discovered during expeditions.
- Added crafting tabs for the cellar window.
- Added a potions mechanic (along with 4 potion items).
- Added 5 new status effects.
- Added a weather mechanic.
- Added item rarity.
- Rebalanced the drop amount of different items depending on their rarity.
- Fixed some typos and bugs.
