ADDED: More tips on loading screen.

CHANGED: Increased turret monitor's player detection range.
CHANGED: More helpful info text when finding missile and grenade strikes.

FIXED: Missing sound on warehouse fire.
FIXED: Ammo not visible on turret screen when entering while using M203.
FIXED: Night modes not unlocking.

REMOVED: Exit level text at metro stations in Survival and Time Attack modes.
