Hotfix 0.2.4 is live!

Improved camera movement when dragging the map with the mouse right button. The dragging speed will also be independent of the camera sensitivity value.
Fixed: People were not crossing the bridges at the correct height.
Fixed: A rare crash occurring when loading a game that had a paused building.
