Challenge Mode Added To Multiplayer

New Build (6492564) - Endless Mode now in Multiplayer
- Integrated Endless mode with the multiplayer system, so now you can create an Endless lobby, others can join, and together face down endless waves till your inevitable destruction for the top score.
- Fixed player name tags not appearing in MP lobby.
- Added player area slot color swapping to match team color in MP.
