Added Volume Control.
Fixed some sound glitches.
Fixed a bug with full screen mode toggling by itself when entering options menu.
Added a dropdown to explain how to play. Press F1 to view instructions.
Default resolution is still max available based on monitor resolution by graphics quality mode is now default low.
Higher levels do not make much difference in visual quality but slow game down significantly.
