Pretty Big Update 0.20

Note: We highly recommend starting a new save game as lots of systems have major changes!

-New: Air Quality System
-New: Air Purifier structure to clean the air
-New: Dumpster structure (also comes in 2x size) Dumpster fires! Still needs a bit of work
-New: Radial Weapons menu (Q)
-New: Flame thrower - set trash and enemies on fire!
-New: Rocket Launcher - destroys big garbage
-N key for instantly deleting structures - dumpsters can't be deleted yet
-Save files now include characters position when leaving the game
-Incinerating now leads to bad air quality
-Contract updates and improvements, more contracts, and special outlaw 'secret' mission
-Bulldozing trees gives you wood
-More structures can rotate now, including walls
-Garbage launcher fixes, garbage getting stuck in other structure fixes
-Bulldozer stuck in charger fixes
-Tutorial fixes
