Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

New resolution settings for 768p players.(more will come this was urgent the game was unplayable)
Fixed battle negative hp bug.
Added DM/s text. Hover over DM text.
Removed speed hack detection. I hope this fix the crashes.
